Hazard: Tropical Cyclone!
A tropical cyclone approaches a seemingly calm coastline, bringing powerful winds, heavy rain, flooding, and tornadoes. This short rules supplement explains how cyclones form, their characteristics and abilities, and notable examples. The Referee uses the storm’s game statistics and effects to challenge the players, introducing an unpredictable environmental hazard driven by the combined dangers of wind and water.
