This 87-page PDF adds dozens of fan-created characters for ICONS, each fully statted using the updated guidelines from the Great Power sourcebook and illustrated in the game’s signature style. The characters are arranged as opposing forces: three pairs of solo heroes and villains, plus seven pairs of teams. The ready-to-use arch-foes can be added to ongoing adventures or used as the basis for new conflicts.
