A modular character-creation guide for building ready-to-play superheroes and non-player heroes without extensive calculations. Players select pre-built modules for characteristics, skills, powers, martial arts, gadgets, vehicles, backgrounds, and complications, creating thousands of possible combinations. The book also includes character concept ideas, sample characters, and bonus bases for use in Champions campaigns.
