Heroes of Barcadia

Players take on adventuring characters trying to reclaim a stolen hoard hidden within a changing dungeon. Health is tracked using a liquid-based system: each character’s hit points correspond to the level of liquid in a measured cup, and players choose their own beverage to represent HP. On a turn, players place and explore room tiles to build the dungeon, resolve combat with dice, collect Power-Up cards to advance abilities, and play Loot cards and traps to hinder opponents. The objective is to reach and defeat the final guardian while managing drink-based health and leveraging tactical placement and card effects.
