A set of dual-sided crew cards that adds over 20 specialist characters to the game. Each card presents two identities with asymmetric abilities and faction privileges that are active from the start of the game. Crew members grant faction-specific benefits, technological expertise, and conditional effects that trigger when their side flips between LEO and Bernal roles, allowing players to adopt corporate, black market, or other strategic profiles that influence science, survival, and sabotage.
