Historical Mystery: Death at the Ball

A historical poisoning case at a seventeenth‑/eighteenth‑century court unfolds as players act as a group of investigators. Players progress through a prearranged set of 15 card decks, revealing locations, objects and people by following on‑card instructions and unlocking new decks indicated by icons. The team has 24 Moves: each Move flips an available card to examine a scene, search an object or interrogate a suspect. Players must note visual details and testimonies as the narrative branches, then scan a QR code at the end to answer a fixed set of questions and check the solution.
