Horrors Unbound: Blood Kaktos
Players encounter the blood kaktos, a sentient, mobile cactus adapted to warm, sandy environments. Standing 5–7 feet tall, it has leathery green flesh, needle-like spines, jointed branch-like arms, and a rounded or cristate crown. A veined proboscis extends from a slot in its trunk to anesthetize victims and draw their blood.
