Illuminati: Unconstitutional! Promo Card
This promo card is a single-use event card distributed at conventions and through the publisher’s online store. When played, it cancels a recently played NWO (New World Order) card. If the player also controls the Supreme Court, they may immediately replace the canceled NWO with any other NWO of the same color, or opt to leave it canceled. The card resolves as an interrupt to NWO plays and interacts specifically with control of the Supreme Court.
