In Search of Sanity
The adventurers awaken in Briarstone Asylum with missing memories and discover that their amnesia is linked to a greater cosmic menace. They work together to recover their lost time, ally with other residents, and confront the monstrosities that have overrun the asylum. This Pathfinder Roleplaying Game adventure for 1st-level characters begins an adventure path centered on madness and cosmic horror, and includes new monsters, Mythos details, and the first installment of a Pathfinder’s Journal.
