Inferno: Plutus & Phlegyas
Expand the Council of Guardians with Plutus and Phlegyas, adding new paths and new chaos to the damned. Plutus lets players place customs offices that charge rivals one drachma when they pass. Phlegyas can be summoned by ringing a Bell, allowing a soul to move laterally to an empty shield before descending. The expansion also includes a Dante miniature, 9 Bells, 8 Desks, and rules in 11 languages.
