A free encounter for nautical fantasy adventures, featuring the Matoriksu, a gigantic anglerfish twisted into a monstrous predator by the fell magic of the Veil. Rather than relying solely on teeth or tentacles, it ensnares and consumes lesser creatures through a uniquely horrifying hunting method. Designed for adventurers of 4th level or higher.
