Karuba Since 2015: Mondschrein-Erweiterung
A promo expansion adds a shrine tile for each player that alters starting positions and creates asymmetric setups. Shrine tiles are impassable obstacles. When any player reaches their second temple, all shrines are flipped to awaken the Moon Goddess, removing adjacent tiles and expedition members from the boards. Expedition members removed this way forfeit points for collected tokens, and players with no remaining expedition members skip their remaining turns.
