Khaboom Wizards' Guild Spell Books
The Wizards' Guild in Khaboom has revised its spell books. Newly graduated wizards learn all Level One spells, while higher-level spells require negotiation. Lower-level spells are available without an appointment, but the Guild does not offer credit.
