Kinfire Council: Dicing Beneath the Tower Promo Card
Adds a Dice Tower-themed law card to the game. When passed, the Cult gains 8 trophies, and taxes for Tier 3 are reduced to 0. The law proposes allowing a gambling house in the Coping to subsidize gate taxes, though it may create a security risk. This promo was included in Pack C of the 2025 Dice Tower Gamefound campaign.
