Lair of the Demon Rat
A Pathfinder-compatible adventure for 2nd- to 3rd-level characters, designed for use in any fantasy setting. Beneath a quiet settlement, a demon prepares to unleash a plague, drawing the characters into an investigation to locate its hidden lair. The adventure combines mystery and exploration with traps, hostile encounters, and a final battle at the lair’s heart. Encounter maps for each area are included.
