Adds two new Concession Cards, originally available as part of the Dice Tower 2022 Kickstarter Air Pack. Short-Term Concession 16 requires two specified Project tiles arranged as shown and scores -7 points. Long-Term Concession 10 requires a meteorite surrounded on all four orthogonal sides by Project tiles and scores -9 points.
