Ships carrying refugees from Norland have vanished among the treacherous Norheim Islands, followed by an expedition sent to investigate. Authorities are occupied elsewhere, so the Initiates of the Flame seek powerful adventurers to uncover what is drawing the desperate to their doom. This four-hour adventure is designed for Tier 3 characters and optimized for an average party level of 13.
