Manhattan: Festival en Manhattan

This expansion adds two modules to the city-building game. The Festival module gives players action cards when they place one-level buildings, allowing them to rotate cards, block rival actions, steal cards, add a floor, or score a neighborhood. These cards must be used promptly or another player may claim them. The monster module adds a creature that can move through the city and destroy buildings. Players influence its movement while continuing to build, with two rule variants included. The modules are compatible with all editions and include the required rule and action cards.
