It recounts how the city became a battleground between the Camarilla and Sabbat before their expulsion by the Kuei-jin. The guide describes the current state of the Sabbat’s Black Galleon and the Camarilla’s Summer Capital, along with testimonies from Cainites past and present. It also details the two vampire Princes who scheme to reclaim Manila.
