Players take on the role of Mantids, humanoids descended from insects who live in crowded, polluted cities alongside giant insect companions. Each adult forms a biological bond with a trained creature, sharing abilities such as flight, venom, enhanced senses, and near-impenetrable armor. The setting combines human intelligence and adaptability with the physical power of the insect kingdom.
