The Veiled Alliance and the sorcerer-king Nibenay prepare for a decisive confrontation in the city of Nibenay, unaware of the disaster that is about to destroy it. Players take the roles of adventurers charged with rebuilding the ruined city. Their decisions determine its future and whether it develops toward good or evil.
