The Mists of Ravenloft bring their horrors into a world shaped by Arthur Conan Doyle, Edgar Allan Poe, and Jack the Ripper. The book provides a campaign setting with new prestige classes, revised magic rules, evil lairs, and adventure hooks. Players take on the roles of investigators and adventurers who confront a growing darkness and work to prevent its conquest of Earth.
