Memoir '44: D-Day Landings
This expansion commemorates the Allied invasion of Normandy on June 6, 1944, with six large battle maps covering American Airborne, Utah, Omaha, Gold, Juno, and Sword Beach. The maps use an Extended Breakthrough format, with greater depth for larger-scale battles. Each scenario can be played separately or combined with neighboring maps for double- and triple-map battles. With enough components, all six maps can be linked to recreate the Normandy coast. It requires the base game, Terrain Pack, Equipment Pack, and Winter Wars expansions; the Mediterranean Theater expansion is recommended.
