Memoir '44: Through Jungle and Desert
This expansion takes the battle from the jungles of Burma and Guadalcanal to the deserts of North Africa. Players can attempt to escape Japanese forces, race to Rangoon, fight for Henderson Field, or command Stuart tanks and German Panzers in historical desert engagements. It includes six standard scenarios with historical backgrounds, special rules, terrain tokens, and separate Jungle and Desert Combat Card decks. The jungle scenarios can be played as a linked campaign, with each outcome affecting the next battle. Two additional Overlord scenarios support large-scale battles. A base game and the Pacific Theater and Mediterranean Theater expansions are required; the Terrain Pack and Equipment Pack are recommended.
