Menhir Mot: The Castle of Lord Larkspur
An adventure for Mausritter set in an ancient castle built into a boulder on a windswept field. Lord Larkspur rules this county and secretly plans to replace the Earl of Ek, while scouts gather information about threats across the surrounding lands. Players explore the castle, encounter Larkspur and his ineffective knights, and may uncover his ambitions. A pet scorpion serves as the lord’s final defense, while Larkspur can provide information about other locations in the hexcrawl. The adventure fits into the Ant Kingdoms region of the Earldom of Ek or can be used in another hexcrawl as a standalone scenario.
