Mists of Akuma (5E)

An eastern fantasy noir steampunk campaign setting for 5E, set in Soburin, a land recovering from foreign occupation while a corrupting fog turns its victims into bloodthirsty monsters. Players take on the roles of adventurers, government agents, and other survivors navigating supernatural threats, political intrigue, graft, and the decay of the prefectures. The setting includes rules for travel, new conditions, cultures, equipment, spells, backgrounds, feats, races, and class archetypes, along with more than 100 NPCs and monsters. It details the cities of Sanbaoshi, Kyofu, and Nagabuki, the region’s clans and traditions, and includes maps and an adventure centered on an ancient necromancer in the industrial city of Kizaki.
