The 340-page rulebook details Soburin’s history, cultures, clans, cities, travel, and supernatural dangers. It includes new races, backgrounds, feats, spells, equipment, vehicles, conditions, class archetypes, martial arts stances, more than 100 NPCs and monsters, maps, and an adventure set in the industrial city of Kizaki.
