This 5th Edition supplement presents an urban setting filled with monsters, lore, and adventure material. It includes 103 illustrated creatures across a range of types and challenge ratings, along with 14 legendary monsters based on sins and virtues that influence seven city districts. Game Master advice, adventure hooks, encounters, events, locations, a city map, and cleric and paladin subclasses support city-based campaigns.
