Agents investigate a house at 1206 Spooner Avenue, where 18 people have died over the past 50 years. The building is filled with sealed doors, empty rooms, unexplained absences, and an atmosphere of persistent misery. As they examine the property and uncover its history, they confront a place that has become something beyond the ordinary. This scenario is played using the Delta Green roleplaying rules.
