An SOS signal reports a murder aboard the cargo steamer SS Emperor, stranded a few miles from shore. Players investigate the ship, where Dr. Lee and a Moroccan sailor lie in cold storage while a South African voodoo practitioner is confined in the brig as the main suspect.
