Nekojima: Maneki Neko Promo
An extra cat for Nekojima, used with the Culture district. When that district is obtained, the Maneki-neko is hung from the newly installed cable after placing the Denchuu and before any black cats. If the Culture district is obtained again, the cat moves to the new cable.
