Nightfighter Ace: Air Defense Over Germany, 1943-44

Play as a German nightfighter pilot conducting nocturnal interceptions of British bomber raids over Europe, 1943–44. Each sortie represents several days and follows a set sequence: check raid warnings and weather, resolve takeoff and electronic failures, fly to interception areas, and engage in multi-round aerial combat before returning to base. Track individual aircraft models, weapon and electronic systems, crew members and skills, damage, and prestige. Earn experience and awards to buy skills, request new aircraft or transfers between regional bases, and build a narrative around survival and ace status. Designed primarily for solitaire play with optional cooperative or competitive multiplayer.
