Designed for Game Masters, the supplement provides his history, motivations, secrets, guarded dreams, and complete game statistics for low-, middle-, and high-level play. It also includes blind oracle and siphon templates, the arbalester gunslinger archetype, and new equipment and magical items such as sinister crossbows, bladed tonfa, and a dreamy mask.
