Norway, 1940: A PQ-17 Expansion
A ziplock expansion for the PQ-17 system that recreates the Spring 1940 naval and air campaign in and around neutral Norway. It adds British, French, Polish, and German naval and air units—including specialty vessels and early-war aircraft—and supplies scenario- and campaign-specific markers, player aids, and displays. Players maneuver ships, submarines, and aircraft, resolve air strikes and naval gunfire, manage coastal defenses and forward bases, and implement special rules for neutrality, faulty torpedoes, shore bombardment, and evacuation decisions. Three operational scenarios and a 10-week campaign scenario cover key phases of the campaign and include a semi-abstract ground operations system to determine final victory.
