Nucleum: Turbine Development Tiles Promo
Adds a small set of upgrade tiles that alter turbine setup and provide new effects when turbines are built. During setup four Turbine Development tiles are placed on an Offer area and the rest are removed. While performing the Industrialize action to build a turbine, a player may spend Achievement tokens (cost based on the turbine’s meeple cost: 1/2/2/3) to take one offered Turbine Development tile and place it on their player board in place of the newly placed turbine; only one such tile may be gained per game. When performing an Energize action, players receive turbine bonuses from their placed turbines and the extra benefits printed on the Turbine Development tile, with counts determined by the turbine’s level.
