A campaign supplement for the Olympus Inc. universe introduces Turtle, a reclusive and well-informed figure who operates as a shadow among shadows. He can provide new story threads or support an existing plot, but obtaining his information is difficult. Turtle has little interest in money and trades instead in secrets.
