A 13-page, full-color fantasy RPG supplement about toothcollectors: small creatures that grow stronger by stuffing other people's teeth into their mouths. They move silently along tangled branches and bedroom ceilings, making them unsettling nocturnal threats. The supplement presents a simple ritual for binding them, while noting that directing the creatures is more difficult. It is written for rules-light fantasy games using six basic stats and saving throws, and can also serve as a source of ideas.
