Once Upon a Time: Animal Tales

An expansion pack adds 55 animal-themed story and ending cards to the cooperative storytelling game. Cards introduce animal characters (bear, dog, rabbit, owl, mouse, etc.), animal traits and senses (fierce, loyal, tame, smell, paw, tail), places and seasons (farm, nest, hole, summer, winter), and events or interruptions related to hunting, disguises, tricks and vanishings. Players integrate these new cards into the shared storytelling turn structure: play cards to steer the tale, use interrupt cards to break or redirect narration, and play ending cards to close the story when a matching conclusion appears. The set is designed to expand narrative possibilities with fauna-focused motifs and outcomes.
