Panda Spin: Mandate of Heaven
The Jade Emperor grants the twelve zodiac animals heavenly powers to influence each round of play. At the beginning of each round, reveal an Animal Mandate that any player may use until all but one player show out. Mandates allow players to recover a card from a trick, continue another player’s sequence, take a card from an opponent’s hand, and more.
