Pandemic Legacy: Season 1

You may do up to 4 actions each turn and you may repeat the same action multiple times; each execution counts as one action (page 5).

You can only give or take the City card that matches the city you are both in, except the Researcher may give any City card while in the same city (both players must agree) (page 5; see also Overlooked Rules on page 8).

Do not add an Epidemic to your hand or draw replacements; immediately resolve: (1) Increase the infection rate, (2) draw the bottom Infection card and place 3 cubes (or cause an outbreak if needed), and (3) reshuffle the Infection Discard Pile onto the Infection Deck (page 6).

When an outbreak occurs move the outbreaks marker forward and place one cube of that color on every connected city; do not place a fourth cube in any city — instead those cities cause chain reaction outbreaks which also advance the outbreaks marker, and you must not add cubes to cities that already had an outbreak while resolving the same Infection card (page 7).

No — you may Discover a Cure at any research station by discarding the required number of same-colored City cards at that station (page 5), and the rules reiterate that any Research Station can be used to Discover a Cure (page 8).

If a player receives a card and now has more than 7 cards, they must immediately discard or play Event cards until at 7; your hand limit is checked and enforced right after you get cards from others (page 5; see Overlooked Rules on page 8).
