A one-round introductory adventure for Heroes of Rokugan: Champions of the Emerald Empire. The Phoenix Clan summons samurai from across Rokugan to Pale Oak Castle for a tournament celebrating the artistic virtues of the samurai and promoting peace among the Clans. Even in Phoenix lands, however, factions seek to disrupt the gathering. The scenario is provided as a 20-page PDF with a one-page certificate.
