This supplement details the elan, a psionic race created through transformation rather than born naturally and largely unknown to wider society. It covers the race’s history and psychology, along with two racial specialty classes, two racial prestige classes, and three racial feats. It also describes the creatures resulting from unsuccessful elan transformations.
