This supplement reconceives a contentious high-level feat as an accessible, rule-driven ability that any player character can develop. It presents a mechanic for attracting followers and a cohort, converting abstract social influence into tracked resources with limits and progression. The book explains how the new mechanic interacts with existing rules, offers role-playing guidance for leading and managing followers, and provides several related feats including an updated version of the original Leadership feat that works with the new system.
