Realm of the Medusae
This setting guide explores the subterranean realm of the medusae, who awaken from centuries of hibernation to oversee their minions and prepare for conquest of the surrounding desert. It details the realm’s history, hazards, military forces, and the return of the ophidae. The supplement includes ten locations to explore, a major NPC, a minor deity associated with stasis, adventure hooks, two new monsters, variant medusae rules, and guidance for creating living statues and stone golems.
