Players cooperate as iconic characters from the video-game setting to escape a city overrun by a T-virus outbreak. The game plays 1–4 players in either standalone scenarios or a linked campaign that progresses through exploration, combat, and narrative beats. Players scavenge and manage limited resources, move through modular locations, and face increasing numbers of undead enemies as the city danger level rises. A tension deck injects unexpected threats and twists, forcing players to adapt plans and make meaningful choices under pressure. Surviving requires careful resource management, coordination, and responding to escalating hazards.
