Resident Evil Deck Building Game: Yoko Susuki Promo
This promotional character card was distributed at League Play in December 2011. At level 1, a card from the player’s hand can be attached to the character during the turn. If another card is already attached by this effect, it returns to the player’s hand. At level 2, when the character’s health would be reduced to 0 or less, the player can reduce its maximum health by 20 and restore it to full health instead.
