A sourcebook exploring the Coalition States, its citizens, society, and psychic defenders. It presents more than 80 new psionic abilities, nine Manhunter O.C.C.s with skill packages and special abilities, and details on secret assassins, fixers, Psi-Ops, Dog Boys, and Kill Hounds. Additional material covers the impact of the Minion War, Coalition psychology, new D-Bees, adventure hooks, the Seven Dangers Prophecy, and a comic strip with hints of future events. The psionics content is also suitable for Phase World, Chaos Earth, and the wider Palladium Megaverse.
