Risk 2042 (fan expansion for Risk / Axis & Allies)
An independent expansion for the classic world-conquest board game that updates combat and units for modern warfare. Players still vie for global control by moving and attacking with armies, but combat resolves using a new ruleset and upgraded unit types. The set supplies 250 molded plastic pieces representing M-1 tanks, helicopters, hovercraft, humvees, and rocket launchers in five colors for three to five players. The expansion is designed to be used alongside the original base game components and alters battle outcomes and tactical choices to reflect contemporary military units and capabilities.
