Rurik: Dawn of Kiev – Kickstarter Edition

Set in an 11th-century Eastern European principality, players act as contenders for succession after the ruler’s death, developing domains, levying taxes, and waging conflict to build a lasting legacy. Play centers on area control, resource management, and a unique “auction programming” system where advisors are openly bid for actions: stronger advisors grant bigger rewards but act later, while weaker ones act sooner for smaller gains. The Kickstarter edition adds extra intrigue cards and plastic player trays for organized setup.
