This setting presents San Francisco twenty years after war and a major earthquake reduced the city to ruins. Humans and hybrids survive in scattered zones, where rival communities distrust outsiders and resources are scarce. Characters explore the devastated city, scavenge for supplies, and navigate hostile inhabitants while trying to survive among the broken streets.
